The membrane in the center of the cap can be pierced or removed to allow the use with a spigot (available separately). The vent cap can be removed and the vent pierced to improve flow in dispensing. You may consider allowing the container to breathe prior to use especially if it arrives with a push-in plug. The plug is installed at the factory to keep debris out while in storage and can be discarded in favor of the cap when ready to deploy. Note: This container is made from natural, virgin, FDA compliant, and un-pigmented, HDPE. It is moderately translucent. Color will vary with wall thickness and between production runs. Varying degrees of yellow hue is normal.
